We are looking for an experienced Client Relationship & CRM Executive to manage client enquiries, maintain CRM records, coordinate with the sales team and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the customer journey.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a professional approach to client handling and strong organisational abilities. The role involves communicating with premium clients, understanding their requirements and coordinating with the relevant furniture experts to ensure a smooth and personalised client experience.
We are specifically seeking female candidates with 4–5 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills and a professional approach to client relationship management.

• Build and maintain relationships with HNI clients, architects and interior designers.
• Ensure regular, personalised communication and long-term engagement.
• Coordinate with BDMs and internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Maintain client records, relationship history and follow-up schedules in the CRM.
• Coordinate Experience Centre visits, meetings and relationship-building activities.
• Gather client feedback and ensure timely resolution through relevant teams.
• Support architect engagement programmes, events and brand updates.
• Prepare reports on client engagement and relationship activities.
• 4–5 years of experience in client relationship management or client servicing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in interacting with HNI clients, architects and designers.
• Professional, polished personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships, listen actively and communicate tactfully.
• Experience with CRM software, email, WhatsApp Business and MS Excel.
• Strong coordination, organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in luxury brands, hospitality, real estate or design-related industries preferred.
• Comfortable working full-time from Gurugram.
