Craftsman's hands at work — TIS Living

Hands that tell
a story.

Every piece carries the legacy

Craft in the Making

Craftsmanship
is the foundation of everything we create

Every piece is shaped within our controlled in-house atelier by skilled artisans who bring decades of experience to their craft. From precision woodcraft and detailed joinery to upholstery, polishing, metal artistry, and stone integration—each stage is executed with deliberate care.

Precision Over Production

Our craftsmen do not produce in volume. They build with responsibility. It is this commitment to controlled execution, material understanding, and human precision that defines TIS Living. Crafted not for display alone, but to endure daily life—quietly, confidently, and for generations.

Structural and aesthetic integrity

The Design Filter

Every Design Is Measured
Against Four Questions First

Functionality. Aesthetics. Care. Ergonomics. These are not categories — they are the filter every decision passes through before a single drawing is made.

F

Functionality

How is this used, by whom, and how often?

A

Aesthetics

Does it match the client's own design language?

C

Care

How much maintenance does the household actually want?

E

Ergonomics

Are the heights, weights, and proportions right for the people using it?

How we do it

We Ask
Before We Build

Before production begins, every project moves through eight steps. During production, every stage is inspected — including carcass-level checks before finishing. A project closes when the client is satisfied, not when the invoice is paid.

  1. 01

Understand the household's culture and daily life

  2. 02

Ask for actual requirements, against a fixed checklist

  3. 03

Align every family member on every decision, before production

  4. 04

Flag anything likely to cause a problem later

  5. 05

Discuss every detail — not just the ones that are asked about

  6. 06

Simplify the design for real daily use

  7. 07

Validate on-site — tape and mark to confirm exact measurements

  8. 08

Compile everything into shop drawings before a single piece is cut

Site Taping & Validation

Site Taping & Validation

Every measurement confirmed on-site. We tape, mark, and document before a single dimension is finalised.

Material Selection
Pre-Production·02

Material Selection

Materials chosen from our 1,500+ library — matched to the client's palette, habits, and daily life.

Ergonomics & Usage
Pre-Production·03

Ergonomics & Usage

Heights, weights, and proportions calibrated to the people who will actually use the piece every day.

Shop Drawing Approval
Pre-Production·04

Shop Drawing Approval

Every detail compiled into engineering drawings. Nothing is cut before the drawing is signed off.

Carcass Build & Inspection
Production·05

Carcass Build & Inspection

The structural skeleton is built and checked before any finish is applied — inside and out.

Final Inspection
Production·06

Final Inspection

Every joint, seam, and finish edge is reviewed. A piece is cleared only when it passes — not before.

Delivery & Installation

Delivery & Installation

Every piece leaves fully finished at the factory. Nothing is carpentered or improvised on-site.

Lifetime Service

A project closes when the client is satisfied, not when the invoice is paid.

What We Hold Every Piece To

From Reference to Reality

A design starts as a reference, not a guess. It becomes a shop drawing before it becomes a cut. The carcass proves the structure holds before finish is ever applied. Only then is it called a final product — and only once installed at site is a project called done.

In-House Manufacturing

Everything,
In One Place

From first drawing to final installation, every stage happens inside our own factory — design, carpentry, upholstery, polish, stone, metal, and finishing. No sub-contracted workshops, no third-party installers, no vendor to follow up with. One team, one building, one point of accountability from the first sketch to the day it's placed in your home.
