We don't leave material selection to chance or to whatever's available that week. Every quote specifies exact brands — Green Ply or equivalent for ply, Hettich (Germany) for all hardware including hinges and telescopic drawer channels, Sirca (Italy) for PU polish finishes, and Sleepwell for foam. If a brand is substituted, it's for an equivalent, not a downgrade, and it's stated on the quote either way.

Teak is used wherever the wood is visibly exposed. Internally — carcass, structure, anything not seen — we use pine. This isn't a cost-cutting substitution hidden from you; it's standard, sound furniture construction, and it's specified on your quote exactly this way so there's no ambiguity between what's structural and what's show-face.

All hardware is Hettich, German-manufactured, including standard hinges and telescopic soft-close drawer channels. This is named on your quote specifically so it can be verified — not described as "premium hardware" without a brand behind it.

All foam used is Feather foam, Sleepwell brand. It's specified by name on the quote, the same as every other material — so what's inside the upholstery isn't a guess after the piece is delivered.

Natural materials vary by nature — no two batches of teak, stone, or fabric dye lot are pixel-identical, and any vendor claiming otherwise isn't being honest with you. Actual product colour may vary from the sample shown, and this variation is stated upfront on every quote, not discovered by the client after delivery.

Similar-looking and similarly-built are different things. A quote from us names the exact ply, hardware, polish, wood, and foam brand behind every piece — Green Ply, Hettich, Sirca, Sleepwell — so the difference between us and a lower quote is checkable line by line, not a matter of trust.

Every piece is quality-checked at the factory before dispatch — not inspected for the first time when it reaches your home. This is a standing step in our process, not a response to a specific concern.

We offer a 3-year manufacturing warranty on all furniture. Beyond that, a Lifetime Service Guarantee — if anything needs attention post-installation, we're available to service it. A project doesn't close because the invoice is paid; it closes when you're satisfied.

Yes — every material in our 1,500-plus library, including Green Ply, Hettich hardware, Sirca finishes, and foam options, is available to see and handle at our Experience Centre in Gurugram. We don't ask clients to commit from a catalogue image or a brand name alone.
