About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and organised Store Supervisor to manage inventory, material receipts, stock records and material issuance at our furniture manufacturing facility. The candidate will ensure accurate stock management, proper storage and timely availability of materials for production

  • Location: Gurugram, Haryana

  • Experience: 2–4 years preferred

  • Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month

  • Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations, inventory and stock movement.
  • Receive, inspect and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.
  • Maintain accurate stock registers and inventory records.
  • Issue materials to production teams against approved requisitions.
  • Monitor stock levels and highlight shortages or excess inventory.
  • Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper storage, identification and handling of wood, veneers, hardware, fittings and other furniture materials.
  • Coordinate with purchase, production and accounts teams regarding material requirements and discrepancies.
  • Maintain records of inward and outward material movement.
  • Ensure the store remains organised, clean and compliant with safety standards.
  • Prepare regular inventory reports and support periodic stock audits.
  • Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory management or warehouse supervision.
  • Experience in furniture manufacturing, woodworking or a related industry will be preferred.
  • Knowledge of stock registers, GRN, material requisitions, purchase orders and delivery challans.
  • • Good working knowledge of Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
    • Ability to maintain digital stock records, prepare inventory reports and track material inward and outward.
    • Familiarity with spreadsheets, data entry, basic formulas and stock reconciliation.

  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and accountability.
  • Ability to coordinate with production, purchase and accounts teams.
